TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

I will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.

Whilst care is taken to ensure that I display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ and so I cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods that you are purchasing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted on items purchased from the website if you are not 100% satisfied with the item, or the item is faulty, within 14 days of receiving the item. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment.

If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item to me please keep hold of your proof of postage, you could also consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing postage insurance.
